class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u5728\u5854\u5c14\u8428\u6216\u5e03\u7f57\u80af\u963f\u7f57\u7ecf\u8425\u5546\u4e1a\u6cf3\u6c60\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u4eba\u90fd\u5fc5\u987b\u901a\u8fc7\u5854\u5c14\u8428\u536b\u751f\u5c40\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u8bfe\u7a0b\u8fdb\u884c\u8ba4\u8bc1\u3002\u5f3a\u70c8\u9f13\u52b1\u8fd9\u4e9b\u57ce\u5e02\u8303\u56f4\u4ee5\u5916\u7684\u8fd0\u8425\u6c60\u53c2\u52a0\u3002<\/p><p><b>\u8ba4\u8bc1\u9009\u9879<br \/><\/b>\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7\u4e09\u79cd\u9014\u5f84\u83b7\u5f97\u4e94\u5e74\u8ba4\u8bc1\uff1a<\/p><ol><li>\u53c2\u52a0 THD \u8bfe\u7a0b\u5e76\u901a\u8fc7\u6d4b\u8bd5\u3002<\/li><li>\u7ecf\u9a8c\u4e30\u5bcc\u7684\u64cd\u4f5c\u5458\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u53c2\u52a0\u4ec5\u5728\u4e0a\u8bfe\u65e5\u8fdb\u884c\u7684\u6311\u6218\u6d4b\u8bd5\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u8005\u53ef\u83b7\u5f97\u4e94\u5e74\u671f\u8bb8\u53ef\u8bc1\uff1b\u4e0d\u53ca\u683c\u5219\u9700\u8981\u53c2\u52a0 THD \u8bfe\u7a0b\u3002<\/li><li>\u6765\u81ea\u56fd\u5bb6\u8ba4\u53ef\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7684\u5f53\u524d\u8ba4\u8bc1\u8bc1\u660e\u3002<\/li><\/ol><p><strong>\u62a5\u540dTHD\u8bfe\u7a0b<br \/><\/strong>\u672c\u8bfe\u7a0b\u9700\u8981\u6ce8\u518c\u3002\u8bf7\u81f4\u7535\u54a8\u8be2\u3002 <a href=\"tel: 918-595-4200\">918-595-4200<\/a> \u6216\u7535\u5b50\u90ae\u4ef6 <a href=\"mailto:EHSD@tulsa-health.org\">EHSD@tulsa-health.org<\/a> \u62a5\u540d\u8d39\u4e3a\u6bcf\u4eba$40.00\u7f8e\u5143\uff0c\u5fc5\u987b\u63d0\u524d\u652f\u4ed8\u3002\u4e0d\u63a5\u53d7\u4e2a\u4eba\u652f\u7968\u3002\u5ea7\u4f4d\u6709\u9650\uff0c\u4ec5\u9650\u524d50\u540d\u62a5\u540d\u8005\u3002.<\/p><p><strong>2026\u5e74THD\u57f9\u8bad\u8bfe\u7a0b\u65e5\u671f<br \/><\/strong>\u8bfe\u7a0b\u65e5\u671f\uff1a<\/p><ul><li>3\u670825\u65e5<\/li><li>4 \u6708 15 \u65e5<\/li><li>5\u670821\u65e5<\/li><li>6\u670816\u65e5<\/li><\/ul><p>\u6240\u6709\u8bfe\u7a0b\u5747\u5728 James O. Goodwin Health Center\uff08\u5730\u5740\uff1a5051 S. 129th E. Ave, Tulsa, OK 74134\uff09\u7684\u793c\u5802\u4e3e\u884c\uff0c\u65f6\u95f4\u4e3a\u4e0a\u5348 8:30 \u81f3\u4e0b\u5348 \u5e74\u5f00\u653e\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u5b63\u8282\u6027\u8fd0\u8425\u7684\u516c\u5171\u6cf3\u6c60\u548c\u6c34\u7597\u4e2d\u5fc3\u5fc5\u987b\uff1a<\/p><ul><li>\u5728\u6bcf\u4e2a\u6392\u6c34\u683c\u6805\u4e0a\u5b89\u88c5\u7b26\u5408 ANSI\/ASME A112.19.8-2007 \u6807\u51c6\u7684\u6392\u6c34\u76d6\u3002\u5c01\u9762\u5236\u9020\u5546\u5217\u8868\u53ef\u5728\u4ee5\u4e0b\u4f4d\u7f6e\u627e\u5230\uff1a\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.cpsc.gov\/\">www.cpsc.gov<\/a>.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>\u5982\u679c\u6cf3\u6c60\u91c7\u7528\u5355\u4e3b\u6392\u6c34\u7ba1\u8fd0\u884c\uff0c\u8bf7\u5b89\u88c5\u81ea\u52a8\u5173\u95ed\u7cfb\u7edf\u3001\u91cd\u529b\u6392\u6c34\u7cfb\u7edf\u3001\u5b89\u5168\u771f\u7a7a\u91ca\u653e\u7cfb\u7edf (SVRS)\u3001\u5438\u529b\u9650\u5236\u901a\u98ce\u7cfb\u7edf\u3002\u5177\u6709\u53ef\u89e3\u9501\u6392\u6c34\u7ba1\u7684\u6cf3\u6c60\u548c\u6c34\u7597\u4e2d\u5fc3\u4e0d\u53d7\u6b64\u8981\u6c42\u7684\u7ea6\u675f\u3002 SVRS \u5236\u9020\u5546\u5217\u8868\u53ef\u5728\u4ee5\u4e0b\u4f4d\u7f6e\u627e\u5230\uff1a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cpsc.gov\/whatsnew.html#pool\">www.cpsc.gov\/whatsnew.html#pool<\/a>.<\/li><li>\u786e\u4fdd\u53cc\u6216\u591a\u6392\u6c34\u7ba1\u4e2d\u5fc3\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u8ddd\u79bb\u81f3\u5c11\u4e3a 3 \u82f1\u5c3a\u3002\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u5176\u4ed6\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u8bf7\u81f4\u7535 918-595-4328 \u6216\u62e8\u6253\u00a0<a title=\"roth@tulsa-health.org\u2028\" href=\"http:\/\/tulsa-health.org\/zh\/environmental-health\/health-permits-inspections\/roth@tulsa-health.org%E2%80%A8\/\" target=\"_blank\" \u65e5\u8d77\uff0c\u4fc4\u514b\u62c9\u8377\u9a6c\u5dde\u6cd5\u89c4\u53d1\u751f\u53d8\u5316\uff0c\u5c06\u9632\u6e85\u57ab\u6392\u9664\u5728\u8bb8\u53ef\u4e4b\u5916\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0cTHD \u5c06\u4e0d\u518d\u68c0\u67e5\u6216\u8bb8\u53ef\u9632\u6e85\u57ab\u3002\u5728\u4e92\u52a8\u55b7\u6cc9\u3001\u620f\u6c34\u6c60\u548c\u55b7\u6c34\u516c\u56ed\u91cc\u541e\u6c34\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u8ba9\u60a8\u751f\u75c5\u3002\u67e5\u770b\u4fe1\u606f\u56fe\uff0c\u4e86\u89e3\u6709\u5173\u5728\u9632\u6e85\u6c60\u548c\u4e92\u52a8\u55b7\u6cc9\u5904\u4fdd\u6301\u5b89\u5168\u7684\u63d0\u793a\u3002<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
