Dezember 2025, von 18:00 bis 19:30 Uhr statt. Das Thema lautet: \u201cStressbew\u00e4ltigung in der Weihnachtszeit und Planung f\u00fcr 2026!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wo: Pers\u00f6nlich im North Regional Health and Wellness Center, 5635 N. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. F\u00fcr ein Abendessen ist gesorgt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eltern und Kinder sind herzlich willkommen.
