\u00fcber die Arten von Hilfe und Ressourcen, die ihnen in der Gemeinde zur Verf\u00fcgung stehen. Diese Dienste werden kostenlos zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellt.<\/p><p>Zu den Dienstleistungen geh\u00f6ren:<\/p><ul><li>Die Dienstleistungen zu Hause werden von einer ausgebildeten Krankenschwester erbracht und die Besuche werden entsprechend den individuellen Bed\u00fcrfnissen der Mutter und der Familie geplant. Die Besuche dauern an, bis das Baby zwei Jahre alt ist.<\/li><li>Unterst\u00fctzung der k\u00f6rperlichen, emotionalen und spirituellen Bed\u00fcrfnisse schwangerer M\u00fctter.<\/li><li>K\u00f6rperliche Untersuchung des unbekleideten S\u00e4uglings oder Kindes.<\/li><li>Messung von Gr\u00f6\u00dfe, Gewicht und Kopf eines S\u00e4uglings oder Kindes.<\/li><li>Beurteilung der Gesundheitsgewohnheiten, Ern\u00e4hrung und Essgewohnheiten der Familie.<\/li><li>Aufkl\u00e4rung \u00fcber Familienplanung.<\/li><li>Aufkl\u00e4rung \u00fcber Disziplinwahl, Elternkompetenzen und kindliche Entwicklung.<\/li><li>Aufkl\u00e4rung \u00fcber Krankheiten, Unf\u00e4lle und Verletzungspr\u00e4vention.<\/li><li>Trauerbegleitung f\u00fcr Familien, die den Verlust eines Kindes erleben.<\/li><li>Verweise auf Ressourcen basierend auf den Bed\u00fcrfnissen der Familie.<\/li><\/ul><p><i>THD ist weder beruflich noch finanziell verantwortlich f\u00fcr medizinische Behandlung, Krankenhausaufenthalte oder andere Dienstleistungen, die au\u00dferhalb des THD nach \u00dcberweisung durch THD-Personal erbracht
