Grundschulen des Tulsa County, die an einer Partnerschaft mit THD School Health interessiert sind, m\u00fcssen j\u00e4hrlich eine School Health Readiness Assessment durchf\u00fchren. Vielen Dank f\u00fcr Ihr Interesse an einer Partnerschaft mit THD School Health.<\/p>\n<h2>Daten der Partnerschaft im Schuljahr<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Die Bewertung f\u00fcr das Schuljahr 2025\u20132026 ist nun abgeschlossen.<\/li>\n<li>Markieren Sie Ihren Kalender, um die Bewertung f\u00fcr das Schuljahr 2026\u20132027 abzuschlie\u00dfen.\n<ul>\n<li>Die Bewertung beginnt am 1. Mai 2026 und endet am 14. August 2026<\/li>\n<li>Virtuelle Planungstreffen: 1. Mai \u2013 21. August 2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bewertungen, die nach dem 14. August 2026 eingereicht werden, werden NICHT akzeptiert. Die Planungsbesprechungen m\u00fcssen bis zum 21. August 2026 abgeschlossen sein, damit wir f\u00fcr das Schuljahr 2026\u20132027 mit Ihrer Schule zusammenarbeiten k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<h2>Folge diesen Schritten<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Schritt 1:<\/strong>\u00dcberpr\u00fcfen Sie die PDF-Version der Bewertung, um sicherzustellen, dass alle erforderlichen Informationen erfasst wurden, bevor Sie mit der Online-Bewertung beginnen. Die zur Durchf\u00fchrung der Bewertung erforderlichen Informationen stammen aus dem Schuljahr 2024-2025. Wenn Sie eine Frage nicht beantworten k\u00f6nnen, geben Sie einfach N\/A ein. Wir empfehlen die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Schulleiter, dem stellvertretenden Schulleiter, den Teamleitern der Klassenstufe, dem Sportlehrer, der Krankenschwester\/Gesundheitshelferin, dem Berater und dem Community-Koordinator\/Elternkontakt, um die entsprechenden Informationen und Eingaben f\u00fcr die Bewertung zu sammeln.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schritt 2:<\/strong>W\u00e4hlen Sie die bevorzugten
