Die verschiedenen Standards dienen als Leitfaden f\u00fcr Regulierungsprogramme f\u00fcr den Lebensmitteleinzelhandel, um bei der Verwaltung, Bedarfsbewertung und Verbesserung eines Regulierungsprogramms f\u00fcr den Lebensmitteleinzelhandel wie den Food Protection Services des Tulsa Health Department zu helfen.\u00a0<\/p><p>Die Standards ermutigen Regulierungsbeh\u00f6rden wie THD, bestehende Programme zu verbessern und darauf aufzubauen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus bieten die Standards einen Rahmen, der sowohl traditionelle als auch neue Ans\u00e4tze zur Lebensmittelsicherheit ber\u00fccksichtigt. erstellen.<\/p><p>Bei den HACCP-Grunds\u00e4tzen handelt es sich um einen systematischen Ansatz, der dabei hilft, Gefahren f\u00fcr die Lebensmittelsicherheit zu erkennen, zu bewerten und zu kontrollieren.<\/p><p>Risikofaktoren sind Verfahren oder Verhaltensweisen, die das Risiko oder die Wahrscheinlichkeit einer lebensmittelbedingten Erkrankung erh\u00f6hen.<\/p><ul><li><a
