Dar\u00fcber hinaus umfasst das Team auch Spezialisten f\u00fcr die Entwicklung von Gemeindesystemen, um das \u00f6ffentliche Bewusstsein f\u00fcr die Kindersterblichkeit in der Gemeinde Tulsa auf Systemebene zu sch\u00e4rfen und Interventions- und Pr\u00e4ventionsstrategien zu entwickeln und umzusetzen.
