Schwangere Frauen und S\u00e4uglinge machen einen gro\u00dfen Teil unserer Bev\u00f6lkerung aus, der von negativen Folgen betroffen sein kann. Indem wir mit Programmen in ganz Tulsa zusammenarbeiten, Daten untersuchen, Ressourcen bereitstellen und die Betroffenen st\u00e4rken, hoffen wir, Ungleichheiten zu verringern, indem wir unsere Aufmerksamkeit auf die Bereiche richten, die am dringendsten ben\u00f6tigt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Nationale Monat zur Aufkl\u00e4rung \u00fcber Schwangerschaft und S\u00e4uglingsverlust im Oktober ist eine Zeit, sich an die entscheidenden Gespr\u00e4che mit den Betroffenen zu erinnern. Viele haben aus erster Hand erfahren, wie schwierig es ist, schwangere M\u00fctter in einer Zeit, in der sie besonders gef\u00e4hrdet sind, zu vertreten, aufzukl\u00e4ren und zu st\u00e4rken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Highlight des Epidemiologen: Raven Helmick, Epidemiologe f\u00fcr die Gesundheit von Mutter und Kind<\/strong><br>\u201eEine Fr\u00fchgeburt aufgrund von Pr\u00e4eklampsie, einer der Hauptursachen f\u00fcr M\u00fctter- und S\u00e4uglingssterblichkeit im Tulsa County, beeintr\u00e4chtigte die Gesundheit meiner Mutter w\u00e4hrend ihrer Schwangerschaft. Sowohl meine Mutter als auch ich hatten das Gl\u00fcck, dass meine Gro\u00dfmutter sich daf\u00fcr einsetzte, dass meine Mutter im Krankenhaus behandelt wurde. Ihr Einsatz rettete unser Leben. Eine meiner Leidenschaften ist es, Daten in eindrucksvolle Geschichten und sinnvolle Gemeinschaftsaktionen umzuwandeln, damit ich schwangere Frauen im Tulsa County unterst\u00fctzen und ihnen helfen kann, zu gedeihen. Meine Arbeit als Epidemiologin f\u00fcr Mutter- und Kindergesundheit ist insofern einzigartig, als dass ich nicht nur M\u00fctter unterst\u00fctze, die von Hepatitis B und Hepatitis C betroffen sind, indem ich sie schule und informiere, um eine perinatale \u00dcbertragung zu verhindern, sondern auch unser Tulsa Fetal and Infant Mortality Review Project unterst\u00fctze, um S\u00e4uglings- und Totgeburtenverluste zu reduzieren, und unser THD Personal Responsibility and Education Program, das junge Menschen bef\u00e4higt, stolze und verantwortungsvolle Entscheidungen zu treffen. Die Gesundheit von Mutter und Kind umfasst so viele Aspekte im Laufe des Lebens, und die Gesundheit eines Kindes heute kann die Gesundheit seiner zuk\u00fcnftigen Kinder beeinflussen. Es ist mir eine Ehre, drei Programme zu unterst\u00fctzen, die der Gesundheit von Mutter und Kind auf mehreren Pr\u00e4ventionsebenen dienen.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Beteiligte THD-Programme:<\/strong><br>Unser Epidemiologie-Team arbeitet mit mehreren internen Programmen zusammen, um Daten im Tulsa County zu untersuchen, um disparit\u00e4ten zu beseitigen, die f\u00fcr Postleitzahlen spezifisch sind. Der <a href=\"\/de\/programs\/tulsas-fetal-and-infant-mortality\/\">Tulsa Fetal and Infant Mortality Review (TFIMR)<\/a> zielt darauf ab, S\u00e4uglingssterblichkeit (besonders im Alter von einem Jahr) und Totgeburtenverluste zu reduzieren, indem diese Daten untersucht und auf eine Weise gehandelt wird, die Ressourcen und Aufkl\u00e4rung bereitstellt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>THDs <a href=\"\/de\/programs\/teen-pregnancy-prevention\/\">Pers\u00f6nliche Verantwortung und Bildungsprogramm (PREP)<\/a> erzieht Oberstufensch\u00fcler dazu, in Beziehungen proaktiv zu sein, verantwortungsvolle Entscheidungen zu treffen und sich f\u00fcr die eigenen Rechte einzusetzen. Unser PREP-Programm sammelt auch Daten mit unserem MCH-Epidemiologen, um Daten zur weiteren \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung zu melden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ressourcen<\/strong><br>Unser Epidemiologie-Team hat eine entwickelt <a href=\"https:\/\/tulsa-health.us13.list-manage.com\/subscribe?u=7fbdfd8115258e1e75e689f60&amp;id=e7b915975b\">Newsletter zur Gesundheit von Mutter und Kind<\/a> das alle zwei Monate ver\u00f6ffentlicht wird und Ressourcen f\u00fcr M\u00fctter, Familien und V\u00e4ter enth\u00e4lt, um diese Position als Eltern und\/oder Vormund zu st\u00e4rken.
