Entdecken Sie verschiedene Lebensmittel aus allen Lebensmittelgruppen in unterschiedlichen Formen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hier sind ein paar schnelle, einfache Tipps, um ein wenig Spa\u00df ins Haus zu bringen und gleichzeitig nahrhafte Lebensmittel f\u00fcr Ihre Familie bereitzustellen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Machen Sie ein Essen-Quizspiel. Jede richtige Antwort gewinnt eine Obst-\/Gem\u00fcseprobe. Dies kann eine Gelegenheit sein, \u00fcber N\u00e4hrwerte, Farben, Formen usw. aufzukl\u00e4ren.
