Unsere zahlreichen Programme sind strategisch darauf ausgelegt, negative gesundheitliche Folgen zu mildern und durch Aufkl\u00e4rung und \u00d6ffentlichkeitsarbeit einen gesunden Lebensstil zu f\u00f6rdern. Durch die Bereitstellung zug\u00e4nglicher, kostenloser Ressourcen erm\u00f6glicht das THD den Bewohnern, fundierte Entscheidungen zu treffen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drogenmissbrauch ist eine gro\u00dfe Herausforderung f\u00fcr die \u00f6ffentliche Gesundheit unserer Gemeinde. Das Drogenpr\u00e4ventionsprogramm des Regional Prevention Coordinator (RPC) von THD befasst sich mit diesem Problem. Diese Initiative wird durch Zusch\u00fcsse der Community Based Prevention Services finanziert und von RPC-Mitarbeitern und der Coalition Against Prescription and Substance Abuse of Tulsa (CAPSAT) fachkundig geleitet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit der Unterst\u00fctzung von THD ist CAPSAT zu einem Hoffnungstr\u00e4ger im Kampf gegen \u00dcberdosierungen verschreibungspflichtiger und illegaler Substanzen geworden. Diese engagierte Gruppe von Einzelpersonen, Organisationen und Gemeindeleitern hat bedeutende Fortschritte bei der Pr\u00e4vention von Substanzmissbrauch und der Rettung von Menschenleben erzielt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anl\u00e4sslich des Overdose Awareness Day am 31. August 2024 widmen sich THD und CAPSAT der Sensibilisierung f\u00fcr die eskalierende Opioid-\u00dcberdosiskrise. Wir m\u00f6chten Gemeindemitgliedern Strategien zur Verhinderung von \u00dcberdosierungen an die Hand geben, indem wir Stigmatisierung bek\u00e4mpfen, sichere Medikamentenpraktiken f\u00f6rdern, f\u00fcr die ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00dfe Entsorgung von Medikamenten sorgen und das Teilen von Medikamenten verhindern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Wirkungsvolle Initiativen von THD und CAPSAT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>THD unterst\u00fctzt die zweimal j\u00e4hrlich stattfindende R\u00fccknahmeaktion f\u00fcr verschreibungspflichtige Medikamente. Die R\u00fccknahmeaktion f\u00fcr verschreibungspflichtige Medikamente ist eines der sichtbarsten und erfolgreichsten Programme von CAPSAT. Diese Aktion findet jeweils am letzten Samstag im April und Oktober statt. Diese Initiative bietet der \u00d6ffentlichkeit eine sichere und bequeme M\u00f6glichkeit, unbenutzte oder abgelaufene verschreibungspflichtige Medikamente zu entsorgen und verringert so das Risiko einer versehentlichen Vergiftung, eines Missbrauchs und einer Umweltverschmutzung. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dcber die Medikamentenentsorgung hinaus war CAPSAT mit der Unterst\u00fctzung von THD ma\u00dfgeblich an Folgendem beteiligt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Aufkl\u00e4rung und Bewusstsein:<\/strong> CAPSAT f\u00fchrt zahlreiche kostenlose Schulungen, Pr\u00e4sentationen, Weiterbildungen f\u00fcr Mitarbeiter und Kampagnen durch, um die \u00d6ffentlichkeit \u00fcber die Gefahren des Substanzgebrauchs zu informieren (z. B. verschreibungspflichtige Medikamente, Opioide, Fentanyl, Stimulanzien und neue Drogentrends), die Bedeutung der sicheren Aufbewahrung und Entsorgung von Medikamenten, die Einnahme verschreibungspflichtiger Medikamente gem\u00e4\u00df Verschreibung und die Verf\u00fcgbarkeit von Behandlungsm\u00f6glichkeiten. &nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Zusammenarbeit:<\/strong> Durch die F\u00f6rderung von Partnerschaften mit Gesundheitsdienstleistern, Strafverfolgungsbeh\u00f6rden, Schulen und Gemeindeorganisationen hat CAPSAT ein starkes Netzwerk zur Pr\u00e4vention des Drogenmissbrauchs geschaffen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Politisches Engagement:<\/strong> CAPSAT setzt sich aktiv f\u00fcr Gesetze und Richtlinien ein, die Pr\u00e4ventions- und Behandlungsbem\u00fchungen unterst\u00fctzen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Schadensminderung:<\/strong> Durch eine Partnerschaft mit dem Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS) war CAPSAT ma\u00dfgeblich an der F\u00f6rderung und Umsetzung einer Richtlinie beteiligt, die das Gesundheitsamt von Tulsa zum Narcan-Verteilungszentrum ernannte und der Bev\u00f6lkerung kostenlosen Zugang zu diesem lebensrettenden Medikament und Fentanyl-Teststreifen verschaffte. Durch strategische Initiativen zur Einbindung der Bev\u00f6lkerung, darunter \u00f6ffentliche Veranstaltungen, digitale Plattformen und organisatorische Schulungen, erleichtern die Mitarbeiter von RPC und CAPSAT die gro\u00dffl\u00e4chige Verteilung von Narcan an die Einwohner von Tulsa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gemeinschaftsveranstaltungen:<\/strong> THD unterst\u00fctzt das RPC-Programm und CAPSAT durch die Umsetzung innovativer Marketingkampagnen und -themen bei der Ausrichtung von Veranstaltungen, um ein breiteres Publikum in der Tulsa-Community zu erreichen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Erfolgsmessung<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>W\u00e4hrend der Kampf gegen den Drogenkonsum noch andauert, haben die Bem\u00fchungen von CAPSAT vielversprechende Ergebnisse gezeigt. Durch die Verfolgung wichtiger Kennzahlen wie der Anzahl der bei Rx-R\u00fccknahmeaktionen gesammelten Medikamente, der Reichweite von Aufkl\u00e4rungskampagnen, der kostenlosen Verteilung von Medikamentenschlie\u00dff\u00e4chern, Medikamentenentsorgungsbeuteln, Narcan, Fentanyl-Teststreifen und Ver\u00e4nderungen in der \u00f6ffentlichen Einstellung kann CAPSAT seine Auswirkungen messen und Bereiche identifizieren, in denen Verbesserungen erforderlich sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ein Modell f\u00fcr andere Gemeinden<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Erfolg von RPC, das bei THD untergebracht ist, und CAPSAT dient als Inspiration f\u00fcr andere Gemeinden, die mit Drogenkonsum zu k\u00e4mpfen haben. Indem sie die Strategien von CAPSAT nachahmen und auf ihren Erfolgen aufbauen, k\u00f6nnen St\u00e4dte im ganzen Land erhebliche Fortschritte bei der Reduzierung von Todesf\u00e4llen durch \u00dcberdosierung und der Verbesserung der \u00f6ffentlichen Gesundheit erzielen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anl\u00e4sslich des Overdose Awareness Day am 31.
