Egal, ob Sie mit Lebensmitteln arbeiten oder viel reisen \u2013 saubere H\u00e4nde sind der Schl\u00fcssel zu Ihrer eigenen Sicherheit und der anderer!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Durch Lebensmittel \u00fcbertragene Krankheiten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Salmonellen, E. coli und Noroviren sind allesamt Krankheitserreger, die lebensmittelbedingte Krankheiten hervorrufen k\u00f6nnen. Sie werden jedoch von unterschiedlichen Mikroorganismen hervorgerufen und weisen unterschiedliche Merkmale auf:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Salmonellen<\/strong>: Diese Bakterienart kommt h\u00e4ufig in rohem Fleisch, insbesondere Gefl\u00fcgel, Eiern und manchmal auch in Obst und Gem\u00fcse vor. Sie verursacht Symptome wie Durchfall, Bauchkr\u00e4mpfe, Fieber und Erbrechen. In schweren F\u00e4llen k\u00f6nnen Salmonellen zu schwerwiegenderen Komplikationen f\u00fchren, insbesondere bei kleinen Kindern, \u00e4lteren Menschen oder Personen mit geschw\u00e4chtem Immunsystem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>E. coli (Escherichia coli)<\/strong>: <em>E coli<\/em> ist eine Gruppe von Bakterien, von denen einige harmlos sind, w\u00e4hrend andere schwere Krankheiten verursachen k\u00f6nnen. Der besorgniserregendste Stamm ist <em>E coli<\/em> O157:H7, das in nicht durchgegartem Hackfleisch, kontaminierten Produkten und nicht pasteurisierter Milch oder S\u00e4ften enthalten sein kann. Symptome von <em>E coli<\/em> Zu den Symptomen einer Infektion z\u00e4hlen schwere Magenkr\u00e4mpfe, Durchfall (oft blutig), Erbrechen und in einigen F\u00e4llen Nierenversagen (h\u00e4molytisches ur\u00e4misches Syndrom).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Norovirus<\/strong>Im Gegensatz zu Salmonellen und E. coli ist das Norovirus ein hochansteckendes Virus, das h\u00e4ufig durch kontaminierte Lebensmittel, Wasser oder direkten Kontakt mit infizierten Personen \u00fcbertragen wird. Es ist die h\u00e4ufigste Ursache f\u00fcr Gastroenteritis und f\u00fchrt zu Symptomen wie \u00dcbelkeit, Erbrechen, Durchfall und Magenkr\u00e4mpfen. Obwohl die Krankheit in der Regel von selbst abheilt und 1\u20133 Tage anh\u00e4lt, kann sie sich in Umgebungen wie Kreuzfahrtschiffen, Schulen oder Gesundheitseinrichtungen schnell ausbreiten. (Bitte beachten Sie, dass Handdesinfektionsmittel das Norovirus NICHT wirksam abt\u00f6ten.
