Positionieren Sie die Roste im oberen und unteren Drittel des Ofens. auf 375\u00b0F vorheizen.<br \/>\n2. Tortillas auf beiden Seiten mit Kochspray bestreichen. Auf 2 Backbleche legen. Bei mittlerer bis niedriger Hitze in eine kleine beschichtete So\u00dfenpfanne geben. Erhitzen, bis es hei\u00df ist, dabei alle paar Minuten umr\u00fchren.<br \/>\n5. Um Tostadas zusammenzustellen, jede Tortilla mit etwas Bohnenmischung und etwas Lachsmischung bestreichen und mit dem Kohlsalat belegen. Nach Belieben mit Limettenspalten servieren.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nOrzo-Salat mit w\u00fcrzigem Buttermilch-Dressing<\/p>\n<p>Zutaten<br \/>\n\u2022 1 Tasse ungekochter Vollkorn-Orzo<br \/>\n\u2022 1 Tasse gefrorener Vollkornmais, aufgetaut und abgetropft<br \/>\n\u2022 12 Kirschtomaten, geviertelt<br \/>\n\u2022 3 Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln, in Scheiben geschnitten<br \/>\n\u2022 1 (15 Unzen) Dose schwarze Bohnen, abtropfen lassen und absp\u00fclen<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00bc Tasse fettarme Buttermilch<br \/>\n\u2022 3 Essl\u00f6ffel gehackter frischer Koriander, geteilt<br \/>\n\u2022 3 Essl\u00f6ffel frischer Limettensaft<br \/>\n\u2022 4 Essl\u00f6ffel 2% griechischer Joghurt<br \/>\n\u2022 1 Teel\u00f6ffel Chilipulver<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00bd Teel\u00f6ffel koscheres Salz<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00bc Teel\u00f6ffel schwarzer Pfeffer<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00bc Teel\u00f6ffel gemahlener roter Pfeffer<br \/>\n\u2022 2 Knoblauchzehen, zerdr\u00fcckt<br \/>\n\u2022 1 gesch\u00e4lte Avocado, in 8 Spalten geschnitten<br \/>\n\u2022 1 Essl\u00f6ffel gehackte frische Petersilie<\/p>\n<p>Richtungen<br \/>\n1. Orzo nach Packungsanweisung kochen, dabei Salz und Fett weglassen. Abgie\u00dfen und absp\u00fclen; gut abtropfen lassen. Orzo, Mais, Kirschtomaten, Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln und schwarze Bohnen in eine gro\u00dfe Sch\u00fcssel geben; werfen.<br \/>\n2. In einer kleinen Sch\u00fcssel Buttermilch, 2 Essl\u00f6ffel Koriander und die n\u00e4chsten 7 Zutaten (bis hin zum Knoblauch) vermischen und mit einem Schneebesen gut verr\u00fchren. \u00dcber die Orzo-Mischung tr\u00e4ufeln; werfen. Mit Avocado belegen, mit restlichem Koriander und Petersilie garnieren.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nThunfischsalat nach griechischer Art<\/p>\n<p>Zutaten<br \/>\n\u2022 16 Unzen. kann leichten Thunfisch in St\u00fccke schneiden, abgetropft<br \/>\n\u2022 5 Traubentomaten<br \/>\n\u2022 2 Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln, geputzt und in Scheiben geschnitten<br \/>\n\u2022 1 EL. Natives Oliven\u00f6l extra<br \/>\n\u2022 1 EL. Zitronensaft<br \/>\n\u2022 1 Tasse Kichererbsen aus der Dose, abgetropft<br \/>\n\u2022 1 Unze. zerbr\u00f6ckelte Feta<br \/>\n\u2022 Gemahlener schwarzer Pfeffer nach Geschmack<\/p>\n<p>Richtungen<br \/>\n1.
