Die meisten dieser Todesf\u00e4lle sind auf das pl\u00f6tzliche Kindstod-Syndrom (SIDS) und andere schlafbedingte Todesursachen bei S\u00e4uglingen zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren, beispielsweise Erstickung.<\/p>\n<p>Der Begriff \u201eSIDS\u201c mag be\u00e4ngstigend klingen, und der Tod eines Babys ist immer herzzerrei\u00dfend. Es gibt jedoch eine Reihe von M\u00f6glichkeiten, wie Sie das Risiko senken und gleichzeitig Ihrem Baby die bestm\u00f6gliche Pflege bieten k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Es ist wichtig, dass sich alle Betreuer \u00fcber SIDS und den sicheren Schlaf von Babys informieren, nicht nur f\u00fcr die Eltern. Einfache Ma\u00dfnahmen k\u00f6nnen einen gro\u00dfen Unterschied machen.<\/p>\n<p>Legen Sie Babys zum Schlafen und in der Nacht immer auf den R\u00fccken. Teilen Sie Ihr Zimmer \u2013 nicht Ihr Bett. Ihr Baby sollte nicht allein, mit Ihnen oder mit anderen Personen in einem Erwachsenenbett, auf einer Couch oder auf einem Stuhl schlafen.
