sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>Las madres reciben informaci\u00f3n sobre c\u00f3mo promover un estilo de vida saludable y seguro para su familia mientras aprenden sobre los tipos de ayuda y recursos disponibles para ellas en la comunidad. Estos servicios se proporcionan sin costo alguno.<\/p><p>Los servicios incluyen:<\/p><ul><li>Los servicios domiciliarios son brindados por una enfermera titulada y las visitas se programan de acuerdo con las necesidades individuales de la madre y la familia. Las visitas contin\u00faan hasta que el beb\u00e9 cumple dos a\u00f1os.<\/li><li>Apoyar las necesidades f\u00edsicas, emocionales y espirituales de la madre embarazada.<\/li><li>Examen f\u00edsico del beb\u00e9 o ni\u00f1o desnudo.<\/li><li>Medici\u00f3n de altura, peso y cabeza del lactante o ni\u00f1o.<\/li><li>Evaluaci\u00f3n de los h\u00e1bitos de salud, nutrici\u00f3n y pr\u00e1cticas alimentarias de la familia.<\/li><li>Educaci\u00f3n sobre planificaci\u00f3n familiar.<\/li><li>Educaci\u00f3n sobre opciones disciplinarias, habilidades de los padres y desarrollo infantil.<\/li><li>Educaci\u00f3n sobre enfermedades, accidentes y prevenci\u00f3n de lesiones.<\/li><li>Consejer\u00eda de duelo para familias que experimentan la p\u00e9rdida de un hijo.<\/li><li>Referencias a recursos basados en las necesidades familiares.<\/li><\/ul><p><i>THD no es responsable, ni profesional ni financieramente, del tratamiento m\u00e9dico, la
