Algunas de las enfermedades que se describen a continuaci\u00f3n se observan con frecuencia en la comunidad. Otras pueden presentarse espor\u00e1dicamente o nunca se han observado, pero tienen el potencial de ocurrir. Monitoreamos una amplia gama de enfermedades infecciosas, incluyendo, entre otras:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Enfermedades diarreicas (ent\u00e9ricas): <\/strong>Las enfermedades diarreicas (ent\u00e9ricas) se propagan com\u00fanmente a trav\u00e9s de alimentos o agua contaminados, el contacto con animales o con las heces de una persona infectada. Estas enfermedades pueden causar trastornos gastrointestinales como diarrea, n\u00e1useas y v\u00f3mitos, entre otros s\u00edntomas. Entre las enfermedades transmitidas por el virus se incluyen la salmonela, la shigella, la campylobacter y el norovirus.<\/li><li><strong>Enfermedades respiratorias: <\/strong>Las enfermedades respiratorias afectan los pulmones y otras partes del sistema respiratorio, causando irritaci\u00f3n que puede provocar una amplia gama de s\u00edntomas. Entre ellas se incluyen la COVID-19, la influenza, el VSR y la tos ferina.<\/li><li><strong>Hepatitis: <\/strong>Las hepatitis A, B y C son enfermedades que infectan e inflaman el h\u00edgado. El h\u00edgado es un \u00f3rgano humano que filtra la sangre y combate las infecciones.<\/li><li><strong>Enfermedades transmitidas por mosquitos: <\/strong>Las enfermedades transmitidas por mosquitos se transmiten a los humanos a trav\u00e9s de la picadura de un mosquito infectado. Los mosquitos pueden estar infectados con bacterias, virus o par\u00e1sitos.<\/li><li><strong>Enfermedades transmitidas por garrapatas: <\/strong>Las enfermedades transmitidas por garrapatas se transmiten a los humanos a trav\u00e9s de la picadura de una garrapata infectada. Las garrapatas pueden estar infectadas con bacterias, virus o par\u00e1sitos. Esto incluye el virus del Nilo Occidental, la fiebre maculosa de las Monta\u00f1as Rocosas y la ehrlichiosis.<\/li><li><strong>Enfermedades eruptivas: <\/strong>Las enfermedades eruptivas generalmente causan brotes corporales de parches de piel enrojecidos, abultados, con bultos, escamosos o con picaz\u00f3n. Estos brotes pueden ir acompa\u00f1ados o no de picaz\u00f3n y pueden estar localizados o no en una parte del cuerpo.<\/li><li><strong>Otras enfermedades:<\/strong> Enfermedades que no entran en una
