Un establecimiento de alimentos temporales, de temporada o para eventos especiales solo puede operar en un evento que haya sido aprobado por este departamento.<\/p><p>Para vender o regalar cualquier producto alimenticio o bebida en un evento, es necesario contar con el permiso correspondiente. Consulte las pautas para conocer los requisitos del evento.<\/p><p>Se requiere notificaci\u00f3n de su participaci\u00f3n en el evento (7) siete d\u00edas antes del evento. Es posible que no se apruebe la operaci\u00f3n de cualquier proveedor que no se haya comunicado con nuestra oficina antes del evento. Esto incluye obsequios y eventos de recaudaci\u00f3n de fondos. Los permisos deben obtenerse antes de la preparaci\u00f3n de cualquier alimento. No se puede utilizar comida de un evento anterior o de otro estado a menos que el vendedor tenga una licencia de comida m\u00f3vil del Departamento de Salud del Estado de Oklahoma. No hay excepciones. Los inspectores emitir\u00e1n permisos y cobrar\u00e1n las tarifas de los permisos en el lugar el d\u00eda del evento en un horario establecido con el organizador del evento. A cualquier vendedor de comida que no cumpla con los requisitos para operar 30 minutos despu\u00e9s de la hora oficial de inicio del evento se le pedir\u00e1 que se retire. Si se descubre que un proveedor opera sin los permisos requeridos, se pueden emitir citaciones. Es responsabilidad del organizador del evento y de los proveedores individuales asegurarse de que se haya contactado al departamento de salud y se hayan obtenido los permisos necesarios.<\/p><p>La tarifa de la licencia del Departamento de Salud del Estado de Oklahoma es $50.00 por el primer d\u00eda y $25.00 por cada d\u00eda posterior con un m\u00e1ximo de 14 d\u00edas. La tarifa m\u00e1xima es $250.00. Si el evento supera el m\u00e1ximo de 14 d\u00edas, se emitir\u00e1 una nueva licencia. Los establecimientos de alimentos de temporada solo pueden servir alimentos que no tengan control de tiempo\/temperatura para la seguridad (TCS).
