Los ni\u00f1os suelen aburrirse f\u00e1cilmente y la hora de comer puede ser un desaf\u00edo. Explore diferentes alimentos de todos los grupos de alimentos en una variedad de formas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n se ofrecen algunos consejos r\u00e1pidos y sencillos para divertirse un poco en el interior y, al mismo tiempo, proporcionar alimentos nutritivos a su familia:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tenga un juego de preguntas sobre comida. Cada respuesta correcta gana una muestra de la fruta\/verdura. Esta puede ser una oportunidad para educar sobre el valor nutricional, los colores, las formas, etc. Algunos ejemplos:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es la naranja, con forma de bola, que aporta vitamina C y mantiene los virus alejados de todos nosotros?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Esta fruta puede ser roja y dulce, o verde y \u00e1cida, comerla beneficia a nuestro coraz\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Esta verdura ayuda a nuestra vista y crece en la tierra, suelen ser de color naranja, pero se pueden encontrar de otros colores.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Realice una b\u00fasqueda del tesoro de alimentos. Coloca snacks nutritivos por toda la casa. \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Desde papas fritas hasta papas fritas, productos horneados y m\u00e1s, esta verdura es una que todos adoramos. Ya sean anacardos, almendras o nueces, no te puedes equivocar. \u00a1Sigue tu instinto y ve a buscar esta nuez!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lleva el picnic adentro.
