{"id":8530,"date":"2022-08-03T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2022-08-03T05:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/test.tulsa-health.org\/august-enteric-illness-series\/"},"modified":"2022-08-03T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2022-08-03T05:00:00","slug":"august-enteric-illness-series","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tulsa-health.org\/es\/august-enteric-illness-series\/","title":{"rendered":"Serie de enfermedades ent\u00e9ricas de agosto"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Durante el mes de agosto, el equipo de Epidemiolog\u00eda del Departamento de Salud de Tulsa le presentar\u00e1 las cinco enfermedades ent\u00e9ricas (diarreicas) que investigamos.\u00a0<br \/>\nA continuaci\u00f3n se presentan algunas formas de protegerse de estas enfermedades diarreicas.<\/p>\n<p>Lavarse las manos con frecuencia, incluso debajo de las u\u00f1as, en el dorso de las manos y en las mu\u00f1ecas.<br \/>\nSer muy diligente para lavarse las manos despu\u00e9s de cambiar pa\u00f1ales, jugar o acariciar animales, limpiar los desechos de las mascotas o preparar comida.<br \/>\nEvitar la contaminaci\u00f3n cruzada de productos agr\u00edcolas y carne separando los alimentos y evitando que el jugo de la carne gotee en cualquier lugar.<br \/>\nCocinar la carne a la temperatura adecuada: aqu\u00ed puede encontrar una lista de las temperaturas internas m\u00ednimas seguras para los alimentos.<br \/>\nLavado de productos agr\u00edcolas: puede encontrar consejos para esto aqu\u00ed<br \/>\nEvitar nadar, chapotear o tragar agua de un lago, estanque, r\u00edo, piscina o cualquier otra masa de agua que parezca contaminada.<\/p>\n<p>Una de las formas m\u00e1s efectivas de evitar que estas enfermedades te afecten es con un adecuado lavado de manos. Los CDC describen cinco pasos para lavarse las manos correctamente, que se pueden encontrar aqu\u00ed.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Si comienza a experimentar enfermedades diarreicas, lo mejor es consultar con su m\u00e9dico de atenci\u00f3n primaria.
