Coloque las rejillas en los tercios superior e inferior del horno; precaliente a 375\u00b0F.<br \/>\n2. Cubra las tortillas por ambos lados con aceite en aerosol. Sirva con rodajas de lima, si lo desea.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nEnsalada Orzo con aderezo picante de suero de leche<\/p>\n<p>Ingredientes<br \/>\n\u2022 1 taza de orzo de trigo integral crudo<br \/>\n\u2022 1 taza de ma\u00edz entero congelado, descongelado y escurrido<br \/>\n\u2022 12 tomates cherry, cortados en cuartos<br \/>\n\u2022 3 cebollas verdes, rebanadas<br \/>\n\u2022 1 lata (15 onzas) de frijoles negros, escurridos y enjuagados<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00bc de taza de suero de leche bajo en grasa<br \/>\n\u2022 3 cucharadas de cilantro fresco picado, cantidad dividida<br \/>\n\u2022 3 cucharadas de jugo de lima fresco<br \/>\n\u2022 4 cucharadas de yogur griego 2%<br \/>\n\u2022 1 cucharadita de chile en polvo<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00bd cucharadita de sal kosher<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00bc de cucharadita de pimienta negra<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00bc de cucharadita de pimiento rojo molido<br \/>\n\u2022 2 dientes de ajo machacados<br \/>\n\u2022 1 aguacate pelado, cortado en 8 gajos<br \/>\n\u2022 1 cucharada de perejil fresco picado<\/p>\n<p>Direcciones<br \/>\n1. Cocine el orzo seg\u00fan las instrucciones del paquete, omitiendo la sal y la grasa. Escurrir y enjuagar; escurrir bien. Aceite de oliva virgen extra<br \/>\n\u2022 1 cucharada. jugo de limon<br \/>\n\u2022 1 taza de garbanzos enlatados, escurridos<br \/>\n\u2022 1 onza. queso feta desmenuzado<br \/>\n\u2022 Pimienta negra molida al gusto<\/p>\n<p>Direcciones<br \/>\n1. Combine todos los ingredientes en un taz\u00f3n peque\u00f1o, revuelva suavemente hasta que todo est\u00e9 completamente incorporado.<br \/>\n2.
