Cuando comemos r\u00e1pidamente superamos la comunicaci\u00f3n de nuestro cuerpo con nuestro cerebro. Distra\u00eddos no s\u00f3lo perdemos las se\u00f1ales de nuestro cuerpo, sino que tambi\u00e9n perdemos el placer de la comida. Ser consciente durante las comidas y los refrigerios puede ofrecer una sensaci\u00f3n de satisfacci\u00f3n sin ning\u00fan cambio en la comida en s\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Entonces, \u00bfqu\u00e9 es toda esta tonter\u00eda de comer conscientemente, te preguntar\u00e1s? \u00bfVa a requerir comidas que duren una hora? \u00bfSignifica que tienes que comer verduras en todas tus comidas? \u00bfSe supone que debes meditar durante el almuerzo?
