La planification strat\u00e9gique exige une r\u00e9flexion critique, une adaptabilit\u00e9 et une vision \u00e0 long terme. Le plan strat\u00e9gique du THD servira de guide pour les objectifs du d\u00e9partement. Le processus de planification strat\u00e9gique est guid\u00e9 par la norme et les mesures du Public Health Accreditation Board et par le guide de l&#039;Association nationale des responsables de la sant\u00e9 des comt\u00e9s et des villes.<\/p>\n<p>Notre plan strat\u00e9gique 2025-2029 se concentre non seulement sur les activit\u00e9s principales du d\u00e9partement de sant\u00e9 publique, mais \u00e9galement sur l&#039;offre de services am\u00e9lior\u00e9s pour am\u00e9liorer la sant\u00e9 des r\u00e9sidents du comt\u00e9 de Tulsa. Le plan s&#039;appuie d&#039;abord sur l&#039;\u00e9valuation des besoins en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 communautaire, puis sur le plan strat\u00e9gique 2023-2028 <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20240401053819\/https:\/\/tulsa-health.org\/community-health-improvement-plan\/\">Plan d&#039;am\u00e9lioration de la sant\u00e9 communautaire<\/a> (CHIP). Le CHIP a recueilli les commentaires des parties prenantes pour identifier les trois principaux domaines prioritaires en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 : le stress et la sant\u00e9 mentale, les facteurs de risque et la gestion des maladies chroniques et le logement sain et abordable.<\/p>\n<p>Pour l&#039;\u00e9laboration du plan, THD a offert aux employ\u00e9s et aux membres de la communaut\u00e9 l&#039;occasion d&#039;apporter leur expertise et leurs points de vue au processus de planification strat\u00e9gique de THD.
