Cela implique de serrer, de couper ou de sceller les tubes de chaque testicule qui permettent aux spermatozo\u00efdes de se m\u00e9langer au liquide s\u00e9minal. Une vasectomie ne devient efficace qu\u2019une fois que tous les spermatozo\u00efdes existants au-del\u00e0 du site de vasectomie ont disparu. Une grossesse peut encore survenir jusqu&#039;\u00e0 ce que le nombre de spermatozo\u00efdes soit \u00e0 z\u00e9ro.
