renseignant sur les types d&#039;aide et de ressources \u00e0 leur disposition dans la communaut\u00e9. Ces services sont fournis gratuitement.<\/p><p>Les services comprennent\u00a0:<\/p><ul><li>Les services \u00e0 domicile sont fournis par une infirmi\u00e8re autoris\u00e9e et les visites sont programm\u00e9es en fonction des besoins individuels de la m\u00e8re et de la famille. Les visites se poursuivent jusqu&#039;\u00e0 l&#039;\u00e2ge de deux ans du b\u00e9b\u00e9.<\/li><li>R\u00e9pondre aux besoins physiques, \u00e9motionnels et spirituels de la m\u00e8re enceinte.<\/li><li>Examen physique du nourrisson ou de l&#039;enfant nu.<\/li><li>Mesure de la taille, du poids et de la t\u00eate du nourrisson ou de l&#039;enfant.<\/li><li>\u00c9valuation des habitudes de sant\u00e9, de nutrition et des pratiques alimentaires de la famille.<\/li><li>\u00c9ducation sur la planification familiale.<\/li><li>\u00c9ducation sur les choix de disciplines, les comp\u00e9tences des parents et le d\u00e9veloppement de l&#039;enfant.<\/li><li>\u00c9ducation sur la pr\u00e9vention des maladies, des accidents et des blessures.<\/li><li>Conseil en deuil pour les familles confront\u00e9es \u00e0 la perte d&#039;un enfant.<\/li><li>R\u00e9f\u00e9rences vers des ressources en fonction des besoins de la famille.<\/li><\/ul><p><i>THD n&#039;est pas responsable,
