Les enfants s\u2019ennuient souvent facilement et les repas peuvent \u00eatre un d\u00e9fi. Explorez diff\u00e9rents aliments de tous les groupes alimentaires sous diverses formes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici quelques conseils simples et rapides pour apporter un peu de plaisir \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur, tout en fournissant des aliments nutritifs \u00e0 votre famille :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Organisez un jeu-questionnaire sur la nourriture. Chaque bonne r\u00e9ponse remporte un \u00e9chantillon de fruit\/l\u00e9gume. Cela peut \u00eatre l\u2019occasion de sensibiliser sur la valeur nutritionnelle, les couleurs, les formes, etc. Quelques exemples :\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Qu&#039;est-ce que l&#039;orange, en forme de boule, qui fournit de la vitamine C et \u00e9loigne les virus de nous tous\u00a0?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ce fruit peut \u00eatre rouge et sucr\u00e9, ou vert et acidul\u00e9, sa consommation profite \u00e0 notre c\u0153ur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ce l\u00e9gume aide notre vue et pousse dans le sol, ils sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement orange, mais on peut trouver d&#039;autres couleurs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Partez \u00e0 une chasse au tr\u00e9sor alimentaire. Placez des collations nutritives dans toute la maison. \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Des frites aux chips en passant par les p\u00e2tisseries et plus encore, ce l\u00e9gume est celui que nous adorons tous. Regardez en bas car il pousse dans le sol, ne soyez pas une patate de canap\u00e9 et restez assis. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Il est charg\u00e9 de calcium et provient d&#039;une vache. Il maintient nos os solides, alors allez le chercher maintenant\u00a0! N&#039;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 MOOve ou vous risquez de perdre\u00a0!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cette collation riche en prot\u00e9ines peut aider \u00e0 renforcer nos muscles. Qu&#039;il s&#039;agisse de noix de cajou, d&#039;amandes ou de noix de p\u00e9can, vous ne pouvez pas vous tromper. Suivez votre instinct et allez chercher cette noix\u00a0!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Apportez le pique-nique \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur. Installez une couverture, mettez les collations dans un panier de pique-nique et vous pourrez m\u00eame allumer un feu dans la chemin\u00e9e pour offrir une exp\u00e9rience de feu de camp.
