Un test de laboratoire suppl\u00e9mentaire est en attente au laboratoire de sant\u00e9 publique de l&#039;\u00c9tat d&#039;Oklahoma et sera termin\u00e9 plus tard dans la journ\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>L&#039;individu \u00e9tait surveill\u00e9 quotidiennement par le personnel de sant\u00e9 publique parce qu&#039;il s&#039;\u00e9tait rendu en Guin\u00e9e, au Lib\u00e9ria ou en Sierra Leone au cours des 21 jours pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents. L\u2019individu a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9 comme pr\u00e9sentant un faible risque de contracter le virus Ebola, n\u2019a signal\u00e9 aucune exposition connue \u00e0 des personnes atteintes du virus Ebola et n\u2019a pas non plus prodigu\u00e9 des soins de sant\u00e9 \u00e0 un patient atteint d\u2019Ebola pendant son s\u00e9jour en Afrique. En prenant toutes les mesures de pr\u00e9caution, un \u00e9chantillon de sang a \u00e9t\u00e9 collect\u00e9 et sera envoy\u00e9 au CDC pour un test Ebola.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Tard jeudi soir, l\u2019individu a inform\u00e9 les responsables de la sant\u00e9 du THD qu\u2019il avait d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 de la fi\u00e8vre. THD a imm\u00e9diatement mis en \u0153uvre un plan d&#039;isolement et d&#039;\u00e9valuation clinique en collaboration avec le syst\u00e8me r\u00e9gional de r\u00e9ponse m\u00e9dicale, suivant les protocoles appropri\u00e9s de contr\u00f4le des infections.
