Cliquez ici pour les recettes.<\/p>\n<p>Pour voir ce cours de cuisine en direct sur Facebook, cliquez ici.<\/p>\n<p>Tostadas aux haricots noirs et au saumon<\/p>\n<p>Ingr\u00e9dients<br \/>\n\u2022 Huit tortillas de ma\u00efs de 6 pouces<br \/>\n\u2022 Un a\u00e9rosol de cuisson \u00e0 l&#039;huile de canola<br \/>\n\u2022 Une bo\u00eete de 6 \u00e0 7 onces d&#039;Alaskan d\u00e9soss\u00e9 et sans peau<br \/>\nsaumon, \u00e9goutt\u00e9<br \/>\n\u2022 1 avocat, coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s<br \/>\n\u2022 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de jalapenos marin\u00e9s \u00e9minc\u00e9s, plus 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe<br \/>\njus de marinade du pot, divis\u00e9<br \/>\n\u2022 2 tasses de m\u00e9lange de salade de chou ou de chou r\u00e2p\u00e9<br \/>\n\u2022 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de coriandre hach\u00e9e<br \/>\n\u2022 Une bo\u00eete de 15 onces de haricots noirs, rinc\u00e9s<br \/>\n\u2022 3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de yaourt grec faible en gras<br \/>\n\u2022 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de salsa pr\u00e9par\u00e9e<br \/>\n\u2022 2 oignons verts, hach\u00e9s<br \/>\n\u2022 Quartiers de citron vert (facultatif)<\/p>\n<p>Directions<br \/>\n1. Placez les grilles dans les tiers sup\u00e9rieur et inf\u00e9rieur du four ; pr\u00e9chauffer \u00e0 375\u00b0F.<br \/>\n2. Enduire les tortillas des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s d\u2019un enduit \u00e0 cuisson. Disposer sur 2 plaques \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie. Cuire au four, en retournant une fois, jusqu&#039;\u00e0 ce qu&#039;il soit l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9, de 12 \u00e0 14 minutes.<br \/>\n3. Dans un petit bol, m\u00e9langer le saumon, l&#039;avocat et les jalapenos. Dans un autre bol, m\u00e9langer le chou, la coriandre et le jus de marinade.<br \/>\n4. Dans un robot culinaire, m\u00e9langer les haricots noirs, le yogourt grec, la salsa et les oignons verts et m\u00e9langer jusqu&#039;\u00e0 consistance lisse. Transf\u00e9rer dans une petite casserole antiadh\u00e9sive \u00e0 feu moyen-doux. Chauffer jusqu&#039;\u00e0 ce qu&#039;il soit chaud, en remuant toutes les quelques minutes.<br \/>\n5. Pour assembler les tostadas, tartinez chaque tortilla d&#039;un peu de m\u00e9lange de haricots et d&#039;un peu de m\u00e9lange de saumon et garnissez de salade de chou. Faites cuire l&#039;orzo selon les instructions sur l&#039;emballage, en omettant le sel et le gras. \u00c9goutter et rincer; bien \u00e9goutter. Dans un grand bol, mettre l&#039;orzo, le ma\u00efs, les tomates cerises, les oignons verts et les haricots noirs ; lancer.<br \/>\n2. Dans un petit bol, m\u00e9langer le babeurre, 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de coriandre et les 7 ingr\u00e9dients suivants (en passant par l&#039;ail) et bien m\u00e9langer avec un fouet.
