Bien qu&#039;il existe de nombreuses formes diff\u00e9rentes de surveillance, les \u00e9pid\u00e9miologistes THD utilisent ce qu&#039;on appelle la surveillance syndromique. La surveillance syndromique est la collecte de donn\u00e9es de sant\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s des h\u00f4pitaux de la r\u00e9gion, et elle nous montre combien de personnes sont hospitalis\u00e9es pour divers \u00ab syndromes \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>La collecte de ces donn\u00e9es de sant\u00e9 nous donne, \u00e0 nous \u00e9pid\u00e9miologistes, une base de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour notre communaut\u00e9.
