Distraits, nous manquons non seulement les signaux de notre corps, mais aussi le plaisir de la nourriture. \u00catre attentif pendant les repas et les collations peut offrir un sentiment de satisfaction sans aucun changement dans la nourriture elle-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n<p>Alors, quelle est cette absurdit\u00e9 de manger en pleine conscience, me demanderez-vous ? Est-ce que cela va n\u00e9cessiter des repas d&#039;une heure ? Cela signifie-t-il que vous devez manger des l\u00e9gumes \u00e0 tous vos repas ? \u00cates-vous cens\u00e9 m\u00e9diter pendant votre d\u00e9jeuner ? Eh bien, ce sont d\u2019excellentes id\u00e9es, mais pas toujours r\u00e9alistes.<\/p>\n<p>Manger en pleine conscience consiste simplement \u00e0 ralentir et \u00e0 accorder plus d\u2019attention \u00e0 votre repas. Utilisez vos cinq sens lorsque vous mangez. Ressentez la texture de vos aliments. Est-ce doux comme une p\u00eache ou croustillant comme une carotte ? Est-ce qu&#039;il fait chaud ou froid ? Sentez les ar\u00f4mes. Est-ce une odeur audacieuse comme des fajitas fra\u00eeches ou peut-\u00eatre une l\u00e9g\u00e8re odeur comme des fraises fra\u00eechement coup\u00e9es ? Voir les couleurs. La nourriture est-elle lumineuse et vibrante ou plut\u00f4t neutre et terreuse\u00a0? Vos repas ont-ils un bel agencement de couleurs ? \u00c9coutez les sons. Y a-t-il un craquement satisfaisant lorsque vous mordez ? Entendez-vous le bruit de votre caf\u00e9 qui remplit la tasse\u00a0? Et bien s\u00fbr, go\u00fbtez v\u00e9ritablement chaque bouch\u00e9e. Votre nourriture est-elle sal\u00e9e, sal\u00e9e, sucr\u00e9e, am\u00e8re, aigre ou peut-\u00eatre une combinaison des deux\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p>Si vous n\u2019avez pas l\u2019habitude de manger consciemment, essayez cet exercice. Prenez un petit morceau de chocolat et prenez-en une petite bouch\u00e9e, mais ne le m\u00e2chez pas. Laissez le chocolat fondre dans votre bouche. Faites attention au go\u00fbt. C&#039;est peut-\u00eatre du chocolat au lait et vous pourrez go\u00fbter la douceur de la texture velout\u00e9e. Ou peut-\u00eatre que vous aimez un chocolat plus noir et que vous ressentez certaines nuances am\u00e8res. Terminez tout le morceau de chocolat bouch\u00e9e par bouch\u00e9e. Cette petite collation \u00e9tait-elle plus satisfaisante que lorsque vous la mangiez sans r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir en une seule bouch\u00e9e ?<\/p>\n<p>Essayez un (ou plusieurs) de ces conseils pour manger plus consciencieusement lors de votre prochain repas.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9vitez d&#039;utiliser votre t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, votre ordinateur ou votre t\u00e9l\u00e9vision pendant votre repas.<br \/>\nConcentrez-vous sur la mastication de chaque bouch\u00e9e de votre nourriture.<br \/>\nRenseignez-vous aupr\u00e8s de vous-m\u00eame avant de prendre votre repas.
