Ang mga kalahok ay inaalam at tinuturuan tungkol sa kanilang mga opsyon para sa birth control, kabilang ang abstinence at natural na paraan ng pagpaplano ng pamilya. Ang mga kliyenteng walang insurance o kulang sa insurance ay sinisingil para sa mga serbisyo batay sa laki at kita ng pamilya.
