sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>Ang mga ina ay tumatanggap ng impormasyon sa pagtataguyod ng isang malusog, ligtas na pamumuhay para sa kanilang pamilya habang natututo tungkol sa mga uri ng tulong at mga mapagkukunang magagamit sa kanila sa komunidad. Ang mga serbisyong ito ay ibinibigay nang walang bayad.<\/p><p>Kasama sa mga serbisyo ang:<\/p><ul><li>Ang mga serbisyong nakabase sa bahay ay ibinibigay ng isang rehistradong nars at ang mga pagbisita ay naka-iskedyul ayon sa mga indibidwal na pangangailangan ng ina at pamilya. Ang mga pagbisita ay nagpapatuloy hanggang ang sanggol ay dalawang taong gulang.<\/li><li>Pagsuporta sa pisikal, emosyonal at espirituwal na pangangailangan ng buntis na ina.<\/li><li>Pisikal na pagsusulit ng walang damit na sanggol o bata.<\/li><li>Pagsukat ng taas, timbang at ulo ng sanggol o bata.<\/li><li>Pagtatasa ng mga gawi sa kalusugan ng pamilya, nutrisyon at mga gawi sa pagkain.<\/li><li>Edukasyon sa pagpaplano ng pamilya.<\/li><li>Edukasyon sa mga pagpipilian sa disiplina, kasanayan ng magulang, at pag-unlad ng bata.<\/li><li>Edukasyon sa sakit, aksidente at pag-iwas sa pinsala.<\/li><li>Pagpapayo sa kalungkutan para sa mga pamilyang nakararanas ng pagkawala ng isang bata.<\/li><li>Mga referral sa mga mapagkukunan batay sa mga pangangailangan ng pamilya.<\/li><\/ul><p><i>Ang THD ay walang pananagutan, propesyonal o pinansyal, para sa medikal na paggamot, pagpapaospital o iba pang mga serbisyong ibinigay sa labas ng THD pagkatapos ng referral
