Maaaring mag-iba ang saklaw sa iba&#039;t ibang mga plano sa seguro. Mangyaring dalhin ang iyong insurance card at photo ID. Laging ipinapayong makipag-ugnayan sa iyong tagapagbigay ng seguro para sa mga detalye ng saklaw bago tumanggap ng mga pagbabakuna, dahil maaaring ikaw ang may pananagutan para sa mga singil na hindi saklaw ng iyong patakaran sa seguro.
