Kapag mabilis tayong kumakain, nalalampasan natin ang komunikasyon ng ating katawan sa ating utak. Naliligalig hindi lamang namin namimiss ang sariling mga pahiwatig ng aming mga katawan, ngunit namimiss namin ang kasiyahan ng pagkain. Ang pagiging maingat sa panahon ng pagkain at meryenda ay maaaring mag-alok ng pakiramdam ng kasiyahan nang walang anumang pagbabago sa pagkain mismo.<\/p>\n<p>Kaya ano itong buong isip na pagkain na walang kapararakan na maaari mong itanong? Gaano ka kagutom? Ano ang nararamdaman mo maliban sa gutom?<br \/>\nMagpasalamat sa iyong pagkain. Mag-isip nang higit sa iyong plato. Maraming trabaho ang napunta sa kahit anong kinakain mo.
