No one is refused service for inability to pay.<\/p><h2>Free Condoms<\/h2><p>Individuals may ask for a brown bag that contains free condoms at any of the THD clinic locations.\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.endinghivoklahoma.org\/\">Ending HIV Oklahoma<\/a>\u00a0also aims to eradicate the transmission of STIs. To receive free condoms via mail order, you must be an Oklahoma resident age 13 and older.
