C\u00e1c m\u1ee5c ti\u00eau c\u1ee7a CAPSAT bao g\u1ed3m ng\u0103n ng\u1eeba l\u1ea1m d\u1ee5ng v\u00e0 l\u1ea1m d\u1ee5ng thu\u1ed1c theo toa kh\u00f4ng d\u00f9ng trong y t\u1ebf, thu\u1ed1c phi\u1ec7n\/opioid, ch\u1ea5t k\u00edch th\u00edch th\u00f4ng qua gi\u00e1o d\u1ee5c, nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u, \u0111\u00e0o t\u1ea1o, can thi\u1ec7p, \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb v\u00e0 th\u1ef1c thi.
