Center after a temporary modification of services due to the COVID-19 response.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are pleased to resume clinical services at a convenient location for residents of Collinsville and neighboring communities like Owasso and Skiatook,\u201d said Associate Director of Preventive Health Priscilla Haynes. \u201cOur team of experienced public health professionals at the Tulsa Health Department Collinsville Health Center are committed to providing quality care to improve the health and well-being of the community.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The clinic offers a variety of public health services, including:<\/p>\n<p>Immunizations for children and adults<br \/>\nFamily planning services\u00a0<br \/>\nSexually transmitted infection (STI) testing and treatment<br \/>\nWomen, Infant and Children (WIC) nutrition education and supplemental food program\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Appointments are required for services. Appointments for WIC, family planning services, and STD testing can be made by calling (918) 582-9355.
