The Tulsa Health Department’s Be Well Community Development Corporation program is inviting those 18 and older to enjoy time of pampering, self-care and advice on maintaining mental well-being, particularly recognizing the stress that can accompany the holiday season. Attendees can enjoy a light brunch, self-care stations, mental health sessions, health screenings and exercise class demonstrations. This free, come and go event is a gift to the community by our sponsors.
