El Departamento de Salud de Tulsa, a través del Plan de Mejora de la Salud Comunitaria del Condado de Tulsa (CHIP), invites you to a free, interactive workshop facilitated by Dr. J. Montana Cain with JMC Consulting Firm, LLC helping community organizations connect data to outcomes, communicate impact, and strengthen decision-making. The Impact Alignment Lab is an interactive, in-person learning experience designed to help community partners move beyond reporting activities and begin communicating the story behind their data.
Community organizations collect valuable information about their programs, services, and the people they serve. However, communicating what that information means and why it matters can be challenging.
Organizations may be able to describe what they did, how many people participated, or how many services were provided, but still struggle to explain the meaningful outcomes produced by their work.
Participants should leave with increased confidence, practical approaches, and an identified next step for using data to communicate impact and strengthen decision-making within their organizations.
