P2H was formed by the Tulsa Health Department in 2008 in response to a challenge to decrease the overlap of health services and identify gaps where leaders are missing vulnerable populations. Today, P2H is an incorporated non-profit entity with the goal to connect community health resources to those who need it most.

The 31st annual Tour de Tulsa platinum sponsor is CareATC and ride day support is provided by the Tulsa Amateur Radio Club, Tom’s Bicycles, T-Town Bicycles and Spoke House Bicycles.
