The Tulsa City-County Health Department (THD) is committed to providing access to all individuals who are seeking information from our website. To provide this information, the THD website is being designed to comply with Americans with Disabilities Act Title II Regulations as amended and aspires to WCAG 2.1 or higher accessibility standards.

Any individual who experiences difficulty accessing information on the THD website should contact the THD Legal Department by sending an email message to thdlegal@tulsa-health.org or calling us at 918-582-9355.

The email should include:

the nature of the accessibility problem encountered (please do not include personal medical information in describing the accessibility issue),
the URL (web address) of the page or pages in question,
the specific information sought and
the individual’s contact information (phone number, email or mailing address) for a response.

A member of the Legal Office will respond as soon as possible, then work with the responsible department to provide the information being sought.
