TULSA, OK – [December 23, 2013] – Beginning Monday, January 6, 2014, the Collinsville Health Center will be open on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays only. Hours of operation are 8 a.m. to noon and from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Clients are advised to call (918)596-8650 to schedule an appointment for services including family planning, WIC, adult health screenings, and immunizations. Walk-ins for immunizations will be accepted on Wednesdays only.
The Collinsville Health Center is operated by the Tulsa Health Department. Since its establishment in 1950, THD serves as the primary public health agency to more than 600,000 Tulsa County residents, including 13 municipalities and four unincorporated areas.
