TULSA, OKLA. –[April 19, 2024] – The Tulsa Health Department’s substance abuse prevention program has partnered with the Coalition Against Prescription and Substance Abuse of Tulsa (CAPSAT) to host a panel discussion titled “Empowering Women: Let’s Talk About Domestic Violence and Substance Use.” The event will take place on April 30th from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the North Regional Health and Wellness Center, 5635 N. • Shelby Torrence LADC-MH, Palmer Continuum Care
  • Jennifer Saldivar LMSW, TH/RRH, Program Manager/Counselor at Domestic Violence Intervention Services
  • Samantha Wade-Jenkins, Program Manager, Community Advocacy Research & Evaluation Consulting Group, Inc.
