MINUTES

• Andrew Arvay called the meeting to order at 2:00 m. The minutes from November 5th, 2025 were read. A motion to approve the minutes was made by Steven Jennings and seconded by Thomas Hunter. The motion passed.
• Introduction of guests was made by Adam
• Andrew Arvay informed the Council of the 3 existing Council One is under the General Consumers Group
  • Angeline Thomsen was considered for the General vacancy. Hunter made the motion that Angeline Thomsen be accepted as Jennings seconded the motion, and the motion passed by acclamation.

Another vacancy is under the General Consumers Group

• Curtis Price was considered for the General vacancy. Wakeham made the motion that Curtis Price be accepted as member. Jennings seconded the motion, and the motion passed by acclamation.

• Collin Graham provided the following updates for the Oklahoma Restaurant Association:
  • The 2026 Legislation session has completely come to an
  • State Question 832 is a proposed amendment to the Oklahoma Minimum Wage Act that seeks to separate Oklahoma’s minimum wage from the federal rate and establish a new, automatic mechanism for future wage increases.
  • Oklahoma Hospitality Expo at the Oklahoma City Convention August 19^th and 20^th 2026.
