Join us for this 2-part series where you will learn what healthy relationships look like, whether it’s with friends, family, coworkers, or someone you’re dating. You’ll learn how to spot the difference between healthy and unhealthy behaviors, set boundaries, communicate better, and improve your own relationship skills. We’ll also talk about what to do if a relationship becomes harmful and where to find support. It’s all about building connections that make you feel respected, supported, and safe.
Participants will be able to:
- Recognize signs of healthy and unhealthy relationships.
- Recognize early warning signs that a relationship may become unhealthy.
- Improve your own behaviors when it comes to their relationships with others.
- Be motivated to leave unhealthy relationships and gain the confidence and skills necessary to do so.
- Be aware of the resources available to you if you find it difficult to leave an unhealthy relationship.
Snacks are provided, and you will receive a $20 Walmart gift card for each class you attend.
