These informal classes offer tips and discussions for expecting moms and those with a child through 18 months. A free light lunch is provided each session, and eligible attendees will receive a $20 Wal-Mart gift card every time you attend. Babies and toddlers are always welcome. Join us for Thrive & Move, a gentle movement class focused on helping you feel your best through stretching, mobility, and mindful movement. This session will incorporate Tai Chi-inspired exercises, breathing techniques, and simple lymphatic-focused movements designed to reduce stress, improve flexibility, and support overall well-being. No prior experience is needed, and all fitness levels are welcome.
